1. Pricing and Availability
All prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing or availability may occur. FITECHKE reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for products listed at an incorrect price or which have become unavailable.
2. Order Acceptance
Your receipt of an order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. FITECHKE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
3. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location in Kenya. FITECHKE is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers. Risks of loss and title for items purchased from FITECHKE pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
4. Return Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury purchase. If you change your mind:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Products must be in their original, unopened packaging with all seals intact.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for all returns.
- A restocking fee may apply for certain high-value electronics.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed via the original method of payment (M-PESA or Card) within 5-10 business days.
6. Warranty
Brand New: Covered by the official manufacturer's warranty (typically 1 year).
Certified: FITECHKE provides a 6-month limited warranty on all certified pre-owned devices covering hardware defects under normal use.
